Nepal is famous for different adventure activities and one of them is Rafting. Nepal is rich for rafting and available all grade of rafting. Nepal has 16 rivers for rafting with different grade. Some popular rivers are Trishuli (grade 3+), Kali Gandaki (grade 5), Karnali (grade 4-5), Sunkoshi (grade 4-5).

Rafting in the Kali Gandaki take five days, passing through intense rapids, deep remote canyons and deep gorges.

Rafting in the Bhote Koshi provides up to 26 km of continuous white water where as Manshyangdi provides 4 days uninterrupted white water.

Kali Gandaki is one of the most challenging rafting in the world. Rafting can be done for up to 9 days. Whereas Sunkhosi is the longest rafting about 270 km and take 9-10 days to complete.
